P showing off the apartment complex from hell; it all looks very hunky-dory in this pic, but believe me when I say it wasn't. We drove around all day checking out places, and realised LA is great if you're very rich or very famous or preferably both, and not so great if you're looking for a decent place to live for a decent amount of money. Demoralising day that ended with us having dinner in Brentwood, where one glass of tinto was 25 dollars. That's what you do when you realise you're short of money!
