Glad lax

This must be the quickest, easiest, tastiest, healthiest thing you can have for dinner:

Some chopped and stirred veggies (yellow&green squash, onion, red&green pepper, carrot...) with salt&pepper
Fresh&happy salmon with a squeeze of lemon
On an oven-proof platter with it, throw it in the oven, 10-15 minutes, 225 degrees. Less is more! Mmm-hm. No more Grandiosa.
