They opened a new place in Manhattan Beach a couple of weeks ago, it was still under construction when we got here in July, and has been finished in record speed. It seems to be a huge success, as we were told we'd have to wait two hours for a table last night, and they won't accept reservations until September. No surprise I'm guessing, since one of the chefs is Travis Lorton from the super-hyped Gjelina in Venice. It's as close as you get to the beach, with a sundeck, perfect for watching the sunset with a glass of chilled wine.

The menu is "New American", which to me basically translates as "a bit of everything". I have to say their pizza looks mouth-wateringly good... Peligroso
